Please note the following despatch and delivery arrangements:
1. If ordered within the UK your order will arrive between 24 & 48 hours of despatching.
2. The above arrangements have been made in order to maintain a minimum cost to the customer. As such, the following despatching arrangements have been agreed with our courier:
Special "Next Day" deliveries can be made by arrangement. Such deliveries will unfortunately incur an additional charge depending on timing and location.
No orders are despatched on a Friday unless Saturday delivery is requested.
OUTSIDE MAINLAND UK
All orders received outside mainland UK will be dealt with on an individual basis.
Orders despatched Mon to Wed only. Average of 5 - 7 days for delivery.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
There is no tax on Food products in the UK.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer and are not held in clear text on any web site.
We guarantee your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied please advise us immediately. We will endeavour to respond to your complaint within 5 working days, whereupon, we will organise for the return of your product in order that we can assess what went wrong and how we can improve. More importantly we will ensure that a full refund is made or, if preferred, a timely replacement is on its way to you at no extra cost.
